Co-Founder, Managing Partner & CEO
Mark Pang is a seasoned business executive with a background in finance, specializing in strategic investments, M&A and capital raising. As Co-Founder of Regency Hill Capital, he bridges the gap between search funds and traditional private equity. He has built a team of world-leading business figures, seasoned finance professionals, sector-focused operating partners, and senior advisors in technology, luxury, FMCG, consulting sectors in North America, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Germany, Pakistan, India, Turkey in the past 10+ years. Holds an MBA (Finance) from University of Western Australia, BBA from Monash University.

Sanjev Govindarajoo is a private equity professional with expertise in strategic investments, organizational design, and capital fundraising. As Co-Founder of Regency Hill Capital, he focuses on high-potential investments in manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, technology, and consumer goods. With experience at KPMG and Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Sanjev excels in regulatory compliance, post-acquisition synergy, and business transformation. Holds a Master in Applied Finance from University of Western Australia, BBA from Monash University.

Avinash Sekar is a finance and investment professional with expertise in private equity, global markets, and corporate finance. At Creador Private Equity, he structured and pitched deals across key sectors, leveraging AI-driven market insights. At JP Morgan, he specialized in Fixed Income, Commodities, and Currency (FICC), optimizing pricing and regulatory frameworks. With experience at McKinsey & Company and Hong Leong Investment Bank, Avinash has a strong track record in strategic consulting, M&A, and valuation, driving impactful investment decisions.
Chief Investment Officer
Fabian Wong is a multicultural global executive with extensive board-level experience in international investments, particularly in AI and Smart Mobility. His expertise spans green technology, electric vehicles (EVs), and adaptive sensory AI, focusing on hyper-automation, composable business designs, and decision intelligence. Currently, he leads a multi-family office and venture capital firm with operations in Singapore, London, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Frankfurt, managing a multi-billion investment portfolio in smart mobility, AI, tokenization and smart cities.
Chief Financial Officer
Florian Loloum is a Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA graduate with 20+ years of APAC leadership roles and expertise in corporate governance, corporate finance, and capital raising. Former board member of several family offices, senior advisor to several PE & VC funds and investment platforms with experience in origination, corporate and capital structuring, investment and portfolio management across social infrastructure, co-living, residential, student accommodation, hospitality, and data centers in the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Chief Sustainability Officer
Yogeshkumar Ratnakumar is a sustainability leader with deep expertise in strategy integration, operational innovation, and impact-driven transformation. With over two decades of global experience, he embeds sustainability frameworks into enterprise systems to drive measurable, data-led outcomes. He has led transformative initiatives across startups and Siemens. He holds a Master’s in Physics and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
Program Director
Alexander Gummenscheimer has an Electrical Engineering background, focusing on Automation and Control Systems, particularly relevant to data centers. His expertise is supplemented by institutional investment exposure across Europe and APAC. He worked in Infrastructure Investment & Asset Management at Keppel and was Senior Development Engineering at Rohde & Schwarz, where he led innovative product development for power supply initiatives. Alexander holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Hamburg University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD.
